Terms of Service – Key Points

Ownership: You own your videos, photos, and recordings. Reflexion only stores and displays them so you can share them with loved ones.
Age Requirement: You must be 13 years of age or older to use Reflexion. If you record others, you must have their consent.
Intended Use: Reflexion is for personal and family keepsakes only. It is not intended for legal, commercial, or professional use.
Security: We take security seriously to protect your data within the app. However, we cannot control or be responsible for what happens to content if you share it outside of the Reflexion application.
Disclaimer: The service is provided “as is.” We do not offer guarantees of permanent, uninterrupted storage or service availability.

Your Consent: By using the recording features, you consent to being recorded and having your likeness (video, photo, and voice) stored in Reflexion.
No Commercial Use: Reflexion will never sell or commercially exploit your recordings. Your stories are yours.
Consent for Others: If you record other people, you confirm and warrant that you have obtained their permission to be recorded and for their likeness to be stored on the platform.
Revoking Consent: You may revoke your consent at any time by deleting your content or your account. Upon request, Reflexion will delete your likeness (subject to technical limitations of backup systems).
External Sharing: Reflexion is not responsible for how your recordings are used, shared, or distributed by you or others once they are taken outside of the app (e.g., downloaded or shared via link).
